$150 for an initial diagnostic evaluation
$120 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible?
- Has it been met?
- What is my Co-pay amount?
- How many outpatient sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I have Out of Network Benefits?

Payment
Cash and all major credit cards (debit cards, HSA cards) accepted for payment. All co-pay amounts are expected to be paid on the day of the session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy or coaching appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services for therapy are available on a limited basis.
**Life Coaching is NOT covered by medical insurance. Fees and fee schedule will be discussed during our initial consultation.
