He works with each client to help them modify his/her thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identifying what has worked in the past. Positive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have manifested healthy outcomes are then consistently reinforced which helps clients to reach their personal goals, stabilize their moods and decrease their disruptive symptoms. The new actions lead clients to feel better about themselves, their circumstances, thus empowering them to create better outcomes for their lives. He provides support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges, overcoming negative self talk and other destructive patterns. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
